Red Sun

Description

Red Sun was taken on a hazy day in Ohio, during the 2023 Canadian wildfires. As smoke particles in the air traveled throughout the continent, it caused us to have lots of haze and air quality issues here in Ohio. A little while before sunset, I noticed that the sun had taken on this bold, red appearance in the sky- which is a result of viewing it through haze. I found a tall, dead tree that was silhouetted against the sky and just loved the spooky, Halloween vibes of this scene. While taking photos, I was lucky to time this shot just right to catch the silhouette of a bird flying in front of the sun, as well.

Red Sun is available for purchase on semi-gloss Lustre paper, Smooth Matte fine art paper, or Aquarelle Rag textured fine art paper. Prints can be upgraded to the Ultra Thick paper, which can be displayed without a frame along shelves and countertops. Ultra Thick standalone prints will be printed with a white border that may slightly decrease the size of the photograph.

Shipping & Handling

Prints typically have a turnaround time of 2-4 days before they are shipped. Standard Shipping is an additional 2-8 days, and Expedited Shipping is 2-3 days after handling times.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your prints. Digital downloads are final sale, and I do not accept returns or refunds for digital files. If you have any issues with an order, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the problem to the best of my ability.
